Who we are

This website, mata.com.ph, is published by Mata Technologies Inc., a company based in Cebu, Philippines. It also describes the work of our business units, Mata Services and Ehrlich, which have websites of their own.

What this site is for

Information about what we do, examples of our work, and a form to ask us about a project. Anything you read here is a description, not an offer. Prices, timelines and scope are agreed in a written proposal, and only that proposal binds either of us.

Our content

The text, pictures, film and designs on this site belong to Mata Technologies Inc. or are used with the permission of the client or partner they belong to. You may link to any page. You may not copy the work shown here, or present it as your own, without asking us first. Client names and logos, where shown, belong to those clients.

What you send us

Send us only what you are allowed to share. By sending a brief through the form or by email you let us read it, keep it and use it to prepare a response; we do not publish what you send. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy notice.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to sites we do not run, including our clients’ sites, Google’s services and our employee hub. Their terms apply there, not these.

No warranty

We keep this site accurate and working, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be available at every moment or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the general information here. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that Philippine law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and law

We may change this site and these terms; the date below tells you when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions go to hello@mata.ph.
